Beginner Meditation Bundle
A 5-pack of 10-ish minute meditations designed and guided by Jen for the beginner meditator (or if you want a refresher on the basics.) Each meditation is accompanied by soft ambient sounds to help you move deeper into a meditative state. With a combination of both daytime and nighttime meditations, you'll finish each one feeling relaxed and connected to your body.
