WHAT IS MEDITATION COACHING?
Meditation Coaching is working together to overcome any obstacle that is in the way of you getting everything you’ve ever wanted in your life. As your Meditation Coach, I will be guiding you in the process of achieving all of your dreams while also building a sustainable meditation practice. Whether you are just becoming interested in meditation or you are a seasoned meditator; through our sessions, you will learn how to handle whatever life throws at you by using the mindset of meditation.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Each 1:1 session is 60 minutes long.
WILL WE BE MEDITATING THE WHOLE TIME?
No, with Meditation Coaching sessions we are having candid conversations. At various points throughout the session, we may take a moment to center and ground ourselves with meditation. However, these sessions are here to allow yourself to speak freely without judgment.
CAN YOU TEACH ME HOW TO MEDITATE?
I absolutely can! Meditation is an amazing tool to use every day in your life. I will happily guide you through meditations that help build your confidence in meditating on your own. Just like most of life’s greatest things, meditation takes practice.
DO I GET ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS DEAL OR IS IT JUST THE SESSIONS?
You will receive personal meditations recorded just for you. Whether you need a guided meditation for a specific event coming up or maybe just to help you unwind at the end of the day, I will create and record guided meditations suited for you.
